This is a sample inquiry database where customer inquiries are stored.
Try clicking on Create an email so that it opens your default email client with a template filled with the database properties.
You can easily change template by clicking Email Templates Field.
As you can see, Inquiry Closure Template is set for the row #3 instead of Initial Response To Inquiries.
